Our NDIS Specialist Support Coordination is offered by qualified practitioners and can be provided for clients whose situations are more complex and who need specialist help to coordinate their supports and services.

Our Specialist Support Coordinators help clients use their plan to:

• Address specific needs and barriers to accessing services
• Achieve their goals
• Live more independently
• Increase skills
• Be included in the community.

Our specialist support coordination provides capacity building for all supports in a clients plan. This includes informal, mainstream, and funded supports.
