Adult Anxiety
Many things in life can cause us to worry, like our health, the safety of our children, our economic situation, or the state of the environment and world.
For some, this ordinary worry can escalate to anxiety which threatens social, personal and work life and carries distressing physical and somatic symptoms. It may manifest as a specific phobia, obsessive compulsive symptoms, a reluctance to leave the safety of home or a generalised overarching sense of threat and panic.
