Receptionist
Bower Place (1986) is seeking part-time or a full-time Receptionist/s to commence April 2026.
Bower Place is a small service delivery, training, and knowledge development organisation with a significant electronic footprint.
Bower Place engages in local, rural and remote, interstate, and international training delivery, is a Registered Training Organisation and has an online Knowledge Portal. Bower Place has extensive engagement with schools, Dispute Resolution and NDIS Support Coordination.
The Receptionist position is in the Complex Needs Clinic, a clinical teaching facility with a focus on Systemic Practice and Family Therapy with complex major mental health, addictions, family violence, education, child protection, disability, and criminal justice matters.
Bower Place has strong service delivery and administration protocols.
Hours
Negotiated hours to fit with Bower Place national and international service delivery, training, & knowledge development requirements
Salary
$55,000 – $62,000 FTE
Requirements
- Training and experience in customer service and basic administration.
- Clearances – DHS Working with Children, Child Safe Environments, Police Check, Covid Vaccination.
- Good academic record, organisational & planning skills, problem-solving, an ability to prioritise and to work to practice and administration timelines and KPI’s
- Good ICT skills and familiarity with Microsoft 365
- Cognitive flexibility and an ability to work constructively with diverse people in the workplace.
- Strong verbal and written English language skills.
- Excellent customer engagement skills to promote Bower Place products and services.
