This workshop provides an overview of the 3 protocols used to manage complexity in schools and allows leaders to apply the protocols to an active case within their school. School leaders are equipped with a practical framework for managing multi-system complexity, inclusion, conflict, and high-risk situations through collaborative, legally protective, and outcome-focused processes.
